	Robin Johnson	Managing Director
Robin commenced his career in the building industry 24 years ago where he completed his Apprenticeship. His knowledge of the industry allowed him to successfully operate an extremely successful renovating and painting business from 1996. Robin gained his technical qualifications and building licence which then lead to the birth of Provincial Building Services in 2004. Robin has always been passionate about house building and decided in 2004 that he would only build new houses as it became very clear there were not enough human factors in the house building process and the old fashioned way of building, where the client was just a number, was thankfully fading fast. Robin oversees all aspects of the company but mainly on site quality control, contracts administration and sales.

	Brad Clayton	Construction Manager
	Brad has been involved with construction and landscaping ever since he left school in 1992 where he started as an assistant carpenter. Since 2005 Brad has been an interictal part of Provincials success starting as a labourer and then progressing to a management role where he is responsible for on site supervision of sub contractors, ordering of materials, quality control, client liaison and administration

	Dean Gray	Trainee Supervisor/Maintenance
	After completing his carpentry apprenticeship in 2008, Dean immediately joined Provincial Building Services with the vision and commitment to continue to learn more about building. As each month passes, Dean continues to absorb and learn more about all the aspects of the house building process and we look forward to a long and rewarding future with Dean. “Look out Brad “

	Jenny Dabelstein	Office Administration
	Jenny joined Provincial Building Services in 2006 as the Administrative Manager after a long career in the Accounting industry. Jenny has a wealth of knowledge to offer and is a very important part of the team. Her organisation skills and knowledge of the building industry have contributed greatly to the success of Provincial Building Services.
