Robin Johnson

Managing Director

Robin commenced his career in the building industry 24 years ago where he completed his Apprenticeship.  His knowledge of the industry allowed him to successfully operate an extremely successful renovating business from 1996 to 2003.

From here he then gained his technical qualifications to obtain his building licence which then lead to the birth of Provincial Building in 2004.

Robin has always been passionate about house building and decided in 2004 that he would only build new dwellings as it became very clear there were not enough human factors in the building process. The old fashioned way of building, where the client is just a number, is now thankfully fading fast.

Robin oversees all aspects of the Company mainly focussed on Site Quality Control, Contracts Administration and Sales.

Brad Clayton

Site Manager

Brad has been involved with construction since leaving school in 1992 where he completed his carpentry. Since 2005 Brad has been an integral part of Provincials success starting as a Landscaper and Finishing Foreman which soon progressed into a Management role where he is now responsible for all Construction. Brad over sees and manages all aspects of  our Sites including -Supervision, Programming and Ordering of materials.

Petrina Alcock

Accounts Manager

Petrina is our Internal Accountant who also looks after our Administration.  After a long career in Accounting, Petrina took some time off a couple of years ago to have children. To our relief, she has recently returned with us bringing with her, her wealth of knowledge. Petrina mainly looks after our company’s accounts, compliance including General Office Administration.

Katrina Johnson

Katrina Johnson has been with us since our humble beginnings. She offers support on all levels of Management including

Office Administration and  Property Management.
