Robin has decades of experience in the construction industry, having successfully operated a renovation business from 1996 to 2003 before establishing Provincial Building in 2004.
Recognising the need for a more client-focused approach within the sector, Robin founded the company to deliver high-quality construction with an emphasis on transparency, collaboration, and technical excellence. As Director, he oversees all operational functions, with a strong focus on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, construction methodology, and the successful delivery of project outcomes.
Joe is a knowledgeable, experienced and dynamic Construction Manager.
His extensive knowledge of multi story projects includes coordination, logistics and stakeholder management.
Joe brings strong and respected leadership to his projects, primarily due to his previous successes
and high-quality portfolio of complex and logistically challenging projects that have all been completed while managing multiple teams and stakeholders.
Joe's vast and impeccable experience spans across all sectors including Government and Education.
Dan Keating is an experienced Construction Site Foreman with nearly 20 years in the industry, delivering major industrial and high-rise residential projects valued up to $100 million. He brings strong leadership across all construction sub-trades, with expertise in subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, quality control, and program delivery. Known for his practical, reliable approach and clear communication, Dan works closely with project teams and consultants to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

With a particular eye for detail and a deep understanding of high-quality workmanship, Craig leads the final stages of our construction projects with accuracy and pride.
As our Finishing Foreman, Craig oversees all finishing trades—from internal fittings and fixtures to final inspections—ensuring every element aligns with our expected standards of excellence. Craig’s commitment to quality, timelines, and seamless coordination makes him an essential part of delivering development’s and buildings our clients and are proud of.
Van Alderton has recently joined the Provincial Building team as a Building Cadet, bringing great enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn every aspect of the construction industry from the ground up.
Van is a quiet achiever who consistently demonstrates an impressive ability to absorb, retain, and apply new knowledge on site. His dedication, positive attitude, and eagerness to grow make him a valued addition to the team.

Chris recently joined our team as a Trainee Project Manager and Contract Administrator, bringing fresh energy, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to learning the full scope of project delivery.

With a passion for the building industry and a drive to evolve, Chris is a valuable emerging talent in our company’s future.
